The classic fisherman knit but with a few tweaks. The classic large gauge knit and boxy shape are both still there, but rather than the original course wool it's in a super soft cashmere merino mix which softens the look considerably. The rear panel is also slightly longer, adding a bit of interest at the hem and there's a back yoke seam (as used thorough out the men’s line).
There is also a neck tube supplied in identical knit that when worn with the top turns it into a roll neck. The tube can be omitted if you want a regular crew neck when it starts heating up. It's a truly versatile piece: wear it as a crew neck in warmer months, the quality of the wool makes it very light; with the roll neck when it's a bit cooler; finally if you layer it under one of our shell pieces or heavier jackets it makes for a super insulating layer in the winter months.
