Delivery and Returns
Shipping:
- Shipping on all UK orders is free (Royal Mail 48 - generally 2 working days)
- Expediated 24 hour shipping is an option on UK orders at a cost of 6 GBP
- Shipping on all EU orders is 5 GBP (Generaly 3-5 working days)
- Shipping to the rest of the world is 10 GBP (Generally 7 - 10 working days)
Import Duties and Tax for those outside the EU:
- We have no control over the import duties or taxes charged by your country. Taxes, if payable, are your responsibility. If you are unsure we suggest you check with the relevant authority for your country.
Returns:
- We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on any unwanted or wrongly ordered items that are returned in an unused condition with all security tags etc. still attached.
- All items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- Before sending any returns please contact [email protected] to obtain a return number.
- If you wish to return any items please use the return address sticker on your invoice and return them using a tracked or registered postal method.
Exchanges / Refunds:
- If an exchange has been requested it will be mailed out within 2 working days of recipt and inspection of goods.
- If a refund has been requested a full refund will be made within 2 working days of recipt and inspection of goods.
Cancellations:

Cancellations are generally not possible once confirmation of order has been recieved. However, if you do wish to cancel please mail us as soon as possible and we will do what we can to help.
Please Note:
- Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us.
- Please keep hold of your return tracking information or registered mail details as this acts as proof of postage and without this we will be unable to provide assistance.
