Pretty with just enough edge, this cuff from MFP features the slightly abstracted animal print, which she uses as a bit of a trademark, debossed into the surface of the cuff. The debossed areas are then finished in a pink enamel making for a fun but high quality piece. Nicely finished with the internal branding and deep set Swarovski crystal. These are hand made in Italy and as with all MFP's designs manage to navigate between precious, kitsch, playful and just plain rude.
Pepe's pieces are seen on everyone from Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Kate Moss, Lily Allen and Rita Ora to Beyonce - to name but a few. Her pop punk style manages to combine a makers aesthetic with clean graphic lines that drive it far from the 'boho' look. They're well made enough to cherish but fun enough to start conversations and show you're not quite ready for Tiffany yet. Pepe says her target consumer covers a wide spectrum: from the younger generation of celebrity followers and fashion’s keen tribes, to the eldest and more understated customers who can afford the high fashion, appreciate the avant-garde and desire to update their style with an innovative twist. We tend to agree.
